Liability Under Other Law


Providing information to an employee does not affect:

(1)

the liability of an employer with regard to the health and safety of an employee or other person exposed to hazardous chemicals;

(2)

the employer’s responsibility to take any action to prevent occupational disease as required under other law; or

(3)

any other duty or responsibility of a manufacturer, producer, or formulator to warn ultimate users of a hazardous chemical under other law.
