Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 440.017
Refusal to Grant License; Suspension or Revocation of License

In accordance with rules adopted under Section 440.006 (Powers of Executive Commissioner), the department may refuse an application for a license under this chapter or may suspend or revoke a license issued under this chapter.
