Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 439.016
Misrepresentation; Criminal Penalty


(a)

A person commits an offense if, in connection with advertising or promoting the sale of DMSO, the person knowingly or intentionally represents DMSO as a cure for any human disease, ailment, or disorder.

(b)

An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
