Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 327.005
Reporting Requirement

Each time a facility updates a list as required under Sections 327.003 (List of Standard Charges Required)(h) and 327.004 (Consumer-friendly List of Shoppable Services)(e)(4), the facility shall submit the updated list to the commission. The commission may prescribe the form in which the updated list must be submitted to the commission.
