Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 144.078
Injunction


(a)

The attorney general may bring an action in any district court of this state that has jurisdiction and venue for an injunction to compel compliance with this chapter or to restrain any actual or threatened violation of this chapter.

(b)

The court may enter an order or judgment to award a preliminary or final injunction as it considers appropriate.

(c)
