Tex. Fin. Code Section 397.002
Applicability

This chapter does not apply to a lease that is a retail installment transaction under Section 345.068 (Bailment or Lease as Retail Installment Transaction) or 348.002 (Bailment or Lease as Retail Installment Transaction).
