Tex. Fin. Code Section 187.004
Trust Business of Out-of-state Trust Company


(a)

An out-of-state trust company that establishes or maintains an office in this state under this chapter may conduct any activity at the office that would be authorized under the laws of this state for a state trust company to conduct at the office.

(b)

Before establishing an office in this state, an out-of-state trust company must comply with Section 201.102 (Registration to Do Business).
