Tex. Fin. Code Section 123.106
Change of Location


(a)

A credit union changing the location of its principal place of business or any additional office or service facility shall notify the commissioner in writing of the new location and the scheduled or effective date of the change.

(b)

The credit union must submit notice to the commissioner not later than the 30th day before the scheduled or effective date of the change. The commissioner may waive or reduce the timing of the notice requirement under this subsection.
