Tex. Fin. Code Section 121.005
Hearings

(a)

A hearing held under this subtitle is governed by Chapter 2001 (Administrative Procedure), Government Code.

(b)

The commission may adopt rules of procedure for a hearing held under this subtitle.

(c)

This section does not apply to a meeting under Section 122.005 (Procedure for Certain Approvals).
