Tex. Fam. Code Section 233.008
Administrative Subpoena in Child Support Review

In a child support review under this chapter, the Title IV-D agency may issue an administrative subpoena authorized under Chapter 231 (Title Iv-d Services) to any individual or organization believed to have financial or other information needed to establish, modify, or enforce a support order.
