Expenses of Partition

(a)

The distributees shall pay the expense of the estate’s partition pro rata.

(b)

The portion of the estate allotted to a distributee is liable for the distributee’s portion of the partition expense, and, if not paid, the court may order execution for the expense in the names of the persons entitled to payment of the expense.
