Tex. Est. Code Section 356.553
Approval of Sale When Bond Not Required

If the personal representative of an estate is not required by this title to give a general bond, the court may approve the sale of estate real property in the manner provided by Section 356.556 (Approval or Disapproval Order)(a) if the court finds that the sale is satisfactory and made in accordance with law.
