Tex. Est. Code Section 354.051
Required Report on Condition of Estate


At any time after the return of the inventory, appraisement, and list of claims of an estate required by Chapter 309 (Inventory, Appraisement, and List of Claims), anyone entitled to a portion of the estate, by a written complaint filed in the court in which the case is pending, may have the estate’s executor or administrator cited to appear and render under oath an exhibit of the condition of the estate.
