Tex. Est. Code Section 351.153
Recovery of Certain Expenses


On proof satisfactory to the court, a personal representative of an estate is entitled to all necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by the representative in:

(1)

collecting or attempting to collect a claim or debt owed to the estate; or

(2)

recovering or attempting to recover property to which the estate has a title or claim.
