Modification or Revocation of Trust

(a)

The court may modify or revoke a management trust at any time before the date of the trust’s termination.

(b)

The following may not revoke a management trust:

(1)

the ward for whom the trust is created or the guardian of the ward’s estate;

(2)

the incapacitated person for whom the trust is created; or

(3)

the person who has only a physical disability for whom the trust is created.
