Making of Lease on Granting of Application


(a)

If on the hearing of a lease application filed under Section 1160.052 (Lease Application) the court grants the application, the guardian of the estate may make the lease, as evidenced by the exhibit copies, in accordance with the order.

(b)

The lease must be made not later than the 30th day after the date of the order unless an extension is granted by the court on a sworn application showing good cause.

(c)

It is not necessary for the judge to make an order confirming the lease.
