Tex. Est. Code Section 1155.008
Denial of Compensation


On application of an interested person or on the court’s own motion, the court may wholly or partly deny a fee authorized under this subchapter if:

(1)

the court finds that the guardian has not adequately performed the duties required of a guardian under this title; or

(2)

the guardian has been removed for cause.
