Tex. Election Code Section 65.015
Announcing Partial Results


(a)

Subject to Subsection (b), after the polls close and the last voter has voted, the presiding judge may announce the status of the vote count from time to time.

(b)

The local canvassing authority may require the announcements or prohibit them.

(c)

The announcements shall be made at the entrance to the polling place.
