Tex. Election Code Section 20.034
Submission to Registrar by Applicant


(a)

The applicant may keep the registration application form or the completed application to submit the application personally to the voter registrar.

(b)

The agency employee shall enter on the declination of registration form a notation that after being given the opportunity to register, the applicant kept the application or application form for personal submission of the application to the registrar.
