Copy Filed with Registrar

(a)

Not later than the deadline for filing a petition for review, the petitioner must deliver a copy of the petition to the registrar who issued the adverse decision.

(b)

A petition delivered by mail is considered to be delivered at the time of its receipt by the registrar.
