Tex. Election Code Section 125.061
Inspecting Equipment at Polling Place


(a)

Before opening a polling place for voting on election day, the presiding judge shall inspect any electronic voting system equipment installed at the polling place to determine whether it is installed and functioning properly.

(b)

The presiding judge shall take appropriate corrective action if the equipment is not installed or functioning properly.
