Tex. Election Code Section 101.003
Definitions


In this chapter:

(1)

“Federal postcard application” means an application for a ballot to be voted under this chapter submitted on the official federal form prescribed under the federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (52 U.S.C. Sections 20301 through 20311).

(2)

“FPCA registrant” means a person registered to vote under Section 101.055 (Fpca Voter Registration).
