South Central Interstate Forest Fire Protection Compact

The South Central Interstate Forest Fire Protection Compact has been ratified by the states of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. The text of the compact is set out in Section 88.116 (Text of Compact) of this code, and an authenticated copy is on file in the office of the secretary of state.
