Sec. § 132.154
Injunctions


(a)

Whenever the commission has probable cause to believe that any career school or college has committed any acts that would be in violation of this chapter, the commission shall apply for an injunction restraining the commission of such acts.

(b)

An action for an injunction under this section shall be brought in Travis County.
