Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Section 671.001
Definitions

In this chapter:

(1)

“Authority” means the City of Laredo Port of Entry Authority created under this chapter.

(2)

“Board” means the governing board of the authority.

(3)

“City” means the city of Laredo.

(4)

“Governing body” means the governing body of the city.
