Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Section 303.051
Record of Organizations

The attorney general shall maintain:

(1)

a register of law enforcement-related charitable organizations subject to this chapter; and

(2)

a registry of law enforcement-related charitable organizations that submit to the attorney general a completed registration statement containing the information required by Section 303.052 (Form and Content of Registration Statement).
