Definitions

In this chapter:

“Distributed renewable generation” has the meaning assigned by Section 39.916 (Interconnection of Distributed Renewable Generation), Utilities Code.

(2)

“Small commercial customer” has the meaning assigned by Section 39.202 (Price to Beat)(o), Utilities Code.
