Tex. Alcoh. Bev. Code Section 50.004
Nonapplicability of Certain Requirements to Permit Holder


Notwithstanding Section 6.03 (Citizenship Requirements), 11.46 (General Grounds for Denial), 11.61 (Cancellation or Suspension of Permit), or 109.53 (Citizenship of Permittee; Control of Premises; Subterfuge Ownership; Etc), or any other law, the holder of a promotional permit is not required to be a resident of this state.
