Tex. Alcoh. Bev. Code Section 28.135
Designation of Licensed Premises for Permits Covering Certain County-owned Facilities


(a)

This section applies only to a facility that is:

(1)

partially located in a municipality that:

(A)

has a population of less than 40,000; and

(B)

is located in a county with a population less than 70,000; and

(2)

a county-owned civic center that consists of adjacent buildings not all of which are located in the municipality described by Subdivision (1).

(b)

Notwithstanding any other law, all buildings comprising a facility described by Subsection (a) may be designated as and considered the licensed premises for purposes of a mixed beverage permit covering the facility.
