Tex. Alcoh. Bev. Code Section 14.06
Report of Certain Sales

A holder of a distiller’s and rectifier’s permit who sells distilled spirits under Section 14.01 (Authorized Activities)(a)(8) shall keep records of those sales in a manner prescribed by the commission or administrator.
