Tex. Alcoh. Bev. Code Section 105.10
Penalty


(a)

A person commits an offense if the person, in violation of this chapter or Section 32.17 (Cancellation or Suspension of Permit; Grounds)(a)(7):

(1)

sells or offers for sale an alcoholic beverage during prohibited hours; or

(2)

consumes or permits the consumption of an alcoholic beverage on the person’s licensed or permitted premises during prohibited hours.

(b)

An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
