Culls


(a)

Fruits and vegetables that are too small, ill-shaped, or poor in general quality to meet the standards of this chapter for any other grade are culls.

(b)

A person may not ship culls unless the culls are marked “culls” and placed in a separate consignment from other fruits and vegetables.
