Tex. Agric. Code Section 51.017
Withdrawal

(a)

A member of a society is entitled to withdraw from the society under rules prescribed by the society’s bylaws.

(b)

If a member withdraws, the society may return to the member money in an amount equal to the value of the member’s contribution to the society’s working capital.
