Tex. Agric. Code Section 46.006
Requirements for Participation

To be eligible for participation in the program through the use of matching funds under this chapter, an organization must:

(1)

be an eligible applicant under Section 46.004 (Eligible Applicant) of this chapter;

(2)

prepare and submit a project request and application as provided by department rule; and

(3)

meet any other requirement established by department rule.
