Tex. Agric. Code Section 141.003
Administration


(a)

The Texas Feed and Fertilizer Control Service is under the direction of the director of the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station, who is responsible for exercising the powers and performing the duties assigned to the service by this chapter.

(b)

The service may employ personnel necessary to perform its duties.

(c)

The director may appoint a state chemist whose responsibilities may include the making of chemical analyses and tests required by this chapter.
