Endangered, Threatened, or Protected Native Plants

Species of native plants are endangered, threatened, or protected if listed as such on:

(1)

the United States List of Endangered Plant Species as in effect on the effective date of this Act (50 C.F.R. Part 17); or

(2)

the list of endangered, threatened, or protected native plants as filed by the director of the department.
