Notice of Hearing on Amendments to Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, or Impact Fee

(a)

The notice and hearing procedures prescribed by Sections 395.044 (Notice of Hearing on Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan)(a) and (b) apply to a hearing on the amendment of land use assumptions, a capital improvements plan, or an impact fee.

(b)

The notice of a hearing under this section must contain the following:

(1)

a headline to read as follows:

(2)

the time, date, and location of the hearing;

(3)

a statement that the purpose of the hearing is to consider the amendment of land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan and the imposition of an impact fee; and

(4)

a statement that any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the update.
