Tex. Local Gov't Code Section 386.105
Neighborhood Redevelopment Zones


(a)

The board may designate an area as a neighborhood redevelopment zone if the area is:

(1)

adjacent to the development zone; and

(2)

eligible for inclusion in the development zone under Sections 386.036 (Amending Boundaries)(b) and (c).

(b)

A development zone may exercise the powers available to it in an area designated by the board under Subsection (a).
