Conclusion of Hearing; Findings


(a)

A hearing on the services or improvement project, whether conducted by the board or a hearings examiner, may be adjourned from time to time.

(b)

At the conclusion of the hearing, the board shall make findings by resolution or order relating to the advisability of the improvement project or services, the nature of the improvement project or services, the estimated cost, the area benefited, the method of assessment, and the method and time for payment of the assessment.

(c)

If a hearings examiner is appointed to conduct the hearing, after conclusion of the hearing, the hearings examiner shall file with the board a report stating the examiner’s findings and conclusions.
