Tex. Local Gov't Code Section 324.093
Approval by Attorney General


(a)

Bonds issued by the district must be submitted to the attorney general for examination. The bonds must be submitted with the record relating to their issuance and the record relating to the creation of the district.

(b)

If the attorney general finds that the bonds have been authorized in accordance with law, the attorney general shall approve the bonds and the comptroller shall register the bonds.

(c)

Bonds that are approved and registered under this section are incontestable and are valid and binding obligations in accordance with their terms.
