Approval of Commissioners Court


(a)

The board is subject to the supervision of the commissioners court in the exercise of all its rights, powers, and privileges and in the performance of its duties.

(b)

Not later than the 30th day after the date on which the board acts, the commissioners court may approve or disapprove the action. If the court disapproves the act, the act is ineffective. Otherwise, the act becomes effective on the date that the commissioners court approves the act or on the 31st day after the date on which the board acted, whichever is first.
