Final Order and Appeal


(a)

The county judge shall grant the petition if the judge finds that the petition conforms to the requirements of Section 281.013 (Petition) and that the creation of the authority is desirable or necessary. The judge by order shall declare the findings.

(b)

If the county judge finds that the authority is neither desirable nor necessary, the judge by order shall deny the petition.

(c)

Within 30 days after the date of the entry of the order, any person who signed the petition or who testified at the hearing may appeal the order to an appropriate district court.
