Additional Remedies


(a)

A political subdivision or joint airport zoning board adopting airport zoning regulations may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent, restrain, correct, or abate a violation of:

(1)

this chapter;

(2)

an airport zoning regulation adopted by the political subdivision or board; or

(3)

an order or ruling made in connection with the administration or enforcement of an airport zoning regulation adopted by the political subdivision or board.

(b)

The court shall grant any relief, including an injunction which may be mandatory, as may be proper under all the facts and circumstances of the case to accomplish the purposes of this chapter and the regulations adopted and orders and rulings made under it.
