Tex. Local Gov't Code Section 241.033
Authority of Board

The board of adjustment shall:

(1)

hear and decide an appeal, as provided by Section 241.036 (Appeal to Board), from an order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the administrative agency in the enforcement of an airport zoning regulation;

(2)

hear and decide special exceptions to the terms of an airport zoning regulation when the regulation requires the board to do so; and

(3)

hear and decide specific variances under Section 241.034 (Variances).
