Sec. § 174.157
Evidence; Oath; Subpoena


The rules of evidence applicable to judicial proceedings are not binding in an arbitration hearing.


An arbitration board may:


receive in evidence any documentary evidence or other information the board considers relevant;


administer oaths; and


issue subpoenas to require:


the attendance and testimony of witnesses; and


the production of books, records, and other evidence relevant to an issue presented to the board for determination.
