Investments

(a)

The trustees of a risk pool shall invest the pool’s money in accordance with Subchapter A (Short Title), Chapter 2256 (Public Funds Investment), Government Code to the extent that law can be made applicable.

(b)

In addition to investments authorized under Subchapter A (Short Title), Chapter 2256 (Public Funds Investment), Government Code, the trustees of a pool may invest the pool’s money in any investment authorized by the Texas Trust Code (Subtitle B, Title 9, Property Code).
