Tex. Local Gov't Code Section 105.092
Report by Designated Officer


In conjunction with the publication of the annual financial statement of the municipality, the designated officer shall prepare a report which shall describe in summary form:

(1)

the amount of receipts and expenditures of the municipal treasury;

(2)

the amount of money on hand in each fund;

(3)

the amount of bonds becoming due for redemption that require action;

(4)

the amount of interest to be paid during the next fiscal year; and

(5)

any other information required by law to be reported by the designated officer.
