Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 93.005
Consultants; Advisory Committee

To advise and assist the council with respect to the council’s duties under this chapter, the council may appoint one or more:

(1)

consultants to the council; or

(2)

advisory committees under Chapter 2110 (State Agency Advisory Committees), Government Code.
