Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 826.046
Violation of Area Rabies Quarantine; Criminal Penalty


(a)

A person commits an offense if the person violates or attempts to violate a department rule adopted under Section 826.045 (Area Rabies Quarantine) governing an area rabies quarantine.

(b)

An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
