Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 47.010
Rulemaking

(a)

The executive commissioner may adopt rules for the department to implement this chapter.

(b)

If the executive commissioner adopts rules, the executive commissioner shall consider the most current guidelines established by the Joint Committee on Infant Hearing.
